Context
TOMAS ARSOV is a Czech cosmetics brand founded by hairdresser Tomáš Arsov — hair and body care and food supplements, with its own R&D and production. When I joined, it sold mainly through its own e-shop and salon. Within two years it added two foreign markets and entered retail.
Challenge
Until then, each type of product had been designed separately. As the range grew, order began to fade: the more products we had, the less of a system there was. Customers couldn’t tell what belonged together, and everything was made from scratch. It wasn’t about drawing another pack. A new system had to be built from the ground up.

Packaging
The system rests on three rules.
Colour holds a line together, so you find it on the shelf before you read anything. The number marks the step in the routine: 1 shampoo, 3 mask, 5 spray/serum.
A bilingual badge says what the product solves, so one pack serves several markets without another print set.
Over two years this produced more than 100 packaging jobs: hair and skin care, food supplements, a vending machine, promotional items, boxes and more. For each one I prepared print-ready files and supervised production.
Today a new product no longer means designing from scratch. For a standard line it’s just a matter of adjusting colours and copy; for the exceptional ones, only the specific approach is designed on top of the existing foundation.

Print and digital
In print, that’s more than 110 jobs: catalogues, leporellos, leaflets, vouchers, POS for dm and Teta, billboards, tram wraps and the design of a beauty vending machine.
In digital, almost 300 assets: campaigns, e-shop banners, performance campaigns, partner materials and newsletters, always in several language versions.
Outcome
Today the brand looks the same on the shelf in store, on the e-shop and on the billboard. Over two years, two foreign markets and two retail chains were added, and the visuals never had to be redrawn.
